Windows 10: How do I remove an old defunct email account when my account says my organization won't...

I have an email from a internet service I no longer use listed as my main account, unfortunately this account is old but tied to all my things, and according to the settings my "Organization won't let me change my account".Thing is said "organization" doesn't exactly exist anymore. Is there any way or am I just going to have to make a new account?

Unsure where to post this so I have defaulted to here.

Up until 29th March this year I was with a different ISP to what I have now.
Associated with my Windows 10 Account I have a defunct Email Address.
I have added the Email Address from my new ISP but cannot remove the old defunct address.

Help would be appreciated.

You can make this new email address your primary alias if wanted.
