Windows 10: How do I remove AutoKMS!rfn from my system?

Hello,

I'm having an issue with my Windows 10 Pro (64-Bit) system where Windows Defender is detecting an active threat called "AutoKMS!rfn".
No matter what I do I cannot get Defender to remove it, I even tried to perform a full offline scan and it is still present.

Here's a screenshot of the threat detection;



Now in my experience I know what this threat is and its related to a non-genuine windows "crack" and/or activation tool.
However my copy of windows is genuine as I have it linked to my Microsoft account and this is how I activated my installing on this system, through my Microsoft Account's linked license.


I can't seem to pinpoint any details about this threat on my system, and Windows Defender does not, in any way give me ANY information as to where it thinks it is, it doesn't even give me the option to remove it either.

I then decided "Ok, now what?" so I ran a sfc scan and everything checked out;


Does anyone have any clue on how I can remove this from my system?

Catherine, this is unreal!

Did you run all the programs listed in these removal steps? There are three different AntiMalware apps to run. If so, yeah, it'd be a good idea to go to those forums. After you do, would you post us a link to your thread there? I'd like
to know what's going on with that.
