Windows 10: How do I remove calendar notifications from a logged out account?

A few days ago I lent my laptop to another individual who logged onto their email, after logging themselves out and returning my laptop I've started receiving pop-up calendar notifications from their account. When I click on it, the calendar app opens but it's empty. Is there any way for me to remove these notifications? I've never logged onto my Microsoft account on any of the apps on my computer so I'm unsure of what to do.

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

• In which application are you receiving the notification?
  

If you are receiving the notification in Mail App, I suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps in the article

Your account settings are out-of-date in Mail or Calendar for Windows 10 and see if that helps in resolving the issue.

Sync ONLY calendar data in my google account with the Windows 10 calendar app?

Thank you for your interest in Windows 10.

I understand your concern and would suggest you to follow the below mentioned steps and check if that helps:

Step 1:Before adding the account:

• Click on Notification icon on the bottom right corner of the screen.
• Select All settings.
• Click on Privacy.
• Select Calendar.
• Select Choose apps that can access Calendar.
• Turn off Mail and Calendar.

Add the account, then go to next step:

Step 2: After adding the account.

• Open Calendar.
• Click on Settings.
• Click on Accounts.
• Select the google account.
• Select Change Mail box sync settings.
• Under sync options, turn off Email and
  Contacts.
