Windows 10: how do I remove family safety features from my account?

hello, I've got a new laptop for school but for some reason i have Microsoft family features enabled even though i had never signed up for it. I'm not sure how to get rid of it as I have since removed myself from my family but I still have parental controls active. I thought it might take a few days to "process" my removal but I still have family safety features on my account. you know why this is happening? All I want is to no longer have family safety features on my *** Email address is removed for privacy *** account.whenever i try to visit a website that is blocked it come up with this message.

• Add the Child account again.

Remove Family Safety Features

I want to completely remove the family safety features on my daughter's account. They consistently work incorrectly and right now she is locked out of her computer entirely despite me repeatedly approving more time for her.
