Windows 10: How do I remove language bar switch input on task bar, WIN 11?

Hi, I find it insanity that I have tried every guide out there to remove the language bars from the taskbar and none of them work. Even the official windows help guide. Running NUC WIN11 HOME Edition Windows 11 Home Version 22H2 Installed on ‎8/‎10/‎2022 OS build 22621.1265 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22638.1000.0 I have the two options on my task bar, switching between "ENG English Australian US & ENG English United Kingdom US. Language Bar

Hi Jada Rae,

If you don't see the Language bar, do the following to check to see if the Language bar is hidden:

In Windows 10 and Windows 8

1. Press the Windows logo key and type Control to search for the Control Panel app.
2. Click Control Panel.
3. Under Clock, Language, and Region, click Change input methods.
4. Click Advanced settings.
5. Under Switching input methods, select the Use the desktop language bar when it’s available check box, and then click Options.

7. In the Text Services and Input Languages dialog box, click the Language Bar tab, and make sure that either the Floating On Desktop or the Docked in the taskbar option is selected.

In Windows 7

1. Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
2. Under Clock, Language, and Region, click Change keyboard or other input methods.
3. In the Region and Language dialog box, click Change keyboards.
4. In the Text Services and Input Languages dialog box, click the Language Bar tab.

6. Under Language Bar, check if the Hidden option is selected. If it is, select either Floating on Desktop or Docked in the taskbar.

Input Language button on task bar not working. Not able to change input language.

My Input language icon suddenly disappears from task bar. I have to turn it ON by going to Settings.

Today language icon is showing but nothing happens when I click on it. The input language cannot be changed. I have removed input language and then added it again, but no use. Could you please help me fix it?

This is the answer, the same as in Windows 8.1

Also make sure in the last step "The Text Services and Input Languages settings box" 'Hidden'
