Windows 10: How do I remove "Learn about this picture" Icon without disabling Windows spotlight?

I appreciate the dynamic rotation of backgrounds from Windows Spotlight, however the icon "Learn about this picture" is getting annoying, because hovering my mouse above it which often happens by accident while manipulating other windows opens a small window that often gets in the way, and I find it silly that it takes more effort to close said window than to open it, especially if it opens as an other window takes focus. How can I remove the "Learn about this picture" icon without disabling Windows Spotlight? Or how do I disable the hovering behavior of the icon?

Windows Spotlight on the lock screen

There are multiple causes on why you're encountering this issue. To further troubleshoot the issue, we suggest that you disable and re-enable Spotlight. Simply follow the steps below:

• Right-click on the desktop and open Personalize.
• Open Lock Screen tab.
• Under Background, switch from Windows Spotlight to a Picture or the Slideshow.
• Click OK and close the Window.
• Now Log off and log in.
• Navigate to Lock screen and enable Windows Spotlight again.

Windows 11 v22H2 Spotlight Desktop "learn about this picture" icon disappeared, can't be recovered

Hi,

After an update ( I don't remember which one ) many programs, taskbar icons, desktop icons, both the lock-screen and desktop windows spotlights are destroyed. My Windows 11 is v22H2.

I could recover most of the destroyed items but I can't bring back the Windows Spotlight "learn about this picture" icon which normally should be at the upper right corner of the desktop ( as seen in the below picture).





The problem is, Windows Spotlight was showing wonderful images in the past but nowadays it shows disturbing weird images as seen in the below picture and I can't change the picture because of no control icon existing.





Could someone help me about how to bring back the learn about this picture icon and how to set my preferences to see the wonderful images as in the above 1st picture instead of the 2nd image, maybe interesting but disturbing on a large screen ! Thanks in advance.

Note: Please try to answer my question: My question is, how can I bring back (recover ) the "learn about this picture" icon! Before asking this question here I made an extensive research and many trials, there are many near questions like "how to remove the learn about this picture icon" but I couldn't find the way of bringing it back, instead of removing !
