Windows 10: How do I remove malicious adware from microsoft about windows 11?

Periodically, this adware prevents me from using my computer. How do I prevent this from happening or remove it? It's crazy this adware for Windows 11 forces me to interact with it before I can use my computer. The shame that these people make adware that infiltrates people's computers.

I enjoy your news feeds, however, they are full of malicious adware that try's to high jack your computer unless you pay them money. Are you not aware of this issue ???

The adware attacks with both an audio message and an Internet Explorer Window. Sometimes a standard non-browser window contains the message. In all cases the message is false saying the PC is infected with all sorts of malware. The website www.softput.com
is referenced. The message is designed to panic people. The instruction in the message is to call a phone number (800-961-5085) for help. This is all fraud and must be ignored.

The PC with the malicious adware is a Gateway ZX4270 which has a non-touch screen. It has an AMD A4-5000 CPU, 4GB of memory, 500GB HDD, running Windows 10. The standard configuration of Windows 10 is that it comes with 2 browsers. The new browser Edge
and an old browser Internet Explorer (IE) typical of previous versions of Windows. Only IE participated in the attacks. Edge did not. Edge is advertised as being hardened to resist malware and it appears to work in this case. We commend the Microsoft software
engineers for causing Edge to resist this malware.

Although we did not directly contact the bogus repair company, we were tricked into contacting them. We needed to contact Roku to discontinue a service and used the infected PC to look up the Roku phone number. The number given was for the swindlers instead
of Roku. They pretended to be Roku and started their pitch for hundreds of dollars to clear up the infection. We realized that they were part of the swindle and ended the contact.
