Windows 10: How do I remove my black American Trends screen at start up.

Hi All,Does anyone know why I am getting this message, from American Megatrends, telling me about "y" fTPM reset in Bitlocker or encryption enabled system will not boot without a recovery key and "n" fTPM will not be enabled unless fTPM is reset in Windows 11 at my Windows 11 start up instead of Windows 11 starting up? This is on My Lenovo All In One desktop. Lenovo wants to charge me $150.00 to fix this issue. This started when my Defender app had a yellow exclamation mark under security "memory integrity". Help!Thanks,Mark

PC goes into black screen and froze

Yeah I'm pretty sure that's not a software related issue which is why I was suggesting that you remove the video card to start with since it's such an easy process of elimination step.

I'm not familiar with AMD CPUs, I did see that you had listed in your system specs but I had no idea whether or not it has an iGPU

Is there any possibility of you being able to get your hands on any compatible video card at all?it would be the easiest step to try to troubleshoot or at least one of the easier ones. You should be able to get into the bios without anything but A display cable hooked up to the motherboard

 

Endless black screen without anything but it is on

Windows 10 Black screen, Start screen, Critical Low Battery

I would suggest you try the power troubleshooter if you are able to boot into the system.

Follow the steps below.

• Press Windows key + W and type Troubleshooting.
• Select Troubleshooting and click on System and Security.
• Click on Power and follow the onscreen steps.
