Windows 10: How do I remove my old work Microsoft account from my computer?

I've worked at multiple companies over the years and, as a result, have a lot of old work Microsoft accounts on my laptop. These are getting really annoying because my laptop keeps trying to log into these accounts when I do things like sign in to excel. I've tried going into settings to remove them, using Command Prompt, and forgetting the emails on every possible website, but I just can't get them off my computer. I don't have the password to these accounts because they were deactivated years ago. I'm on Windows 11.
