Windows 10: How do I remove my user account without resetting my computer?

I am planning on selling my laptop, so I reset it and wiped the drive. Then I realized I needed some specs and I couldn't get at the information on the computer without setting up a user account. Is there a way I can remove that and get back to the first startup screen where you select a language without resetting the computer again?

Note: When you want to delete a user account from your computer:

You must be signed in as an administrator to be able to delete a user account.

You will not be able to delete a user account that is currently signed in. You will need to sign out the user first.

Be sure to always have at least one enabled administrator account on the PC to avoid not being able to perform actions that require administrator rights.
