Windows 10: How do I remove old PC's from Link to Windows?

Hi there,I had a laptop connected to my phone using the Phone Link feature. Unfortunately, the laptop broke, so I got a new one and connected it to my phone using Phone Link. However, when I try to share files or websites from my phone, it still shows my old laptop on the sharing screen, which is quite annoying for me. I've already tried logging out and logging back into my Microsoft account on the new laptop, but it only made things worse by duplicating the old laptop on the sharing screen. Does anyone have a solution for this issue?Thanks

Unlink an old android phone from my pc

I go thru the suggested steps: Start - Settings - Phone - Unlink this PC.

When I first open the "your phone" screen the old phone is listed. Not sure if the phone listed is suppose to be selectable or not, but my is not. When I select "Unlink this PC" the phone listed is removed. When I select "Add Phone" the old phone still
shows. I have removed the old phone from my Microsoft Account. I have rebooted after unlink this pc but I still cannot remove my old phone.
