Windows 10: How do I remove or switch main Microsoft account on windows?

I recently received a laptop from my uncle practically brand new, but it has his microsoft and email accounts logged in as administrator. When I first turn on the laptop, it also displays it as his. I added my email and microsoft account onto the laptop, but I am not able to remove any of his nor switch it over to mine. I was wondering how I can solve this issue without needing his account passwords? If there even is a way.

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

It's quite easy in fact, simply switch the account in question first to a local account, then switch back to a Microsoft account, this time using your wife's MS account credentials.

Notice that before doing this you need to remove the new additional MS account on the PC, the one you created with her credentials. Windows allows only one user account for each email address, if the new account exists you cannot switch the original administrator account to an MS account using the same email address. Help Removing Microsoft Account login

I am not sure if you want to switch to a local account instead of your Microsoft account, or if you want to keep your Microsoft account but login automatically instead of having to type the password.
