Windows 10: How Do I remove PInaview and Trojan Altruiservice from computer?

Hello, I just downloaded a random file from my computer and it accidentally downloaded a bunch of malware. Luckily I was able to delete most of them except for 2. "Pinaview" and "Altruiservice". Pinaview is a PUP and I tried running scans on it but it didn't show up. I use RAV antivirus protection and the best thing it can do is block the app activity. When i trried to delete it, it said "Error 225: can't delete the app because it contains a virus or unwanted software" and with the altruiservice it's even worse. It's a trojan virus so it doesn't show up in my files, directory, or anything. It

Check where the Trojan is listed, if it’s on an external drive & it isn’t connected then it’ll not clean it & it’ll just return.
