Windows 10: How do I remove redistributable files from my apps page to reinstall?

I am attempting to uninstall the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 Redistributable x86 14.38.33135 and Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 Redistributable x64 14.38.33135 so I can reinstall to solve a different issue. When I select uninstall from the apps menu I get an error that says "Windows cannot find 'C:\ProgramData\Package Cache\{3649ede4-f16a-4486-a117-dcc2f2a35165}\VC_redist.x64.exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again.""Windows cannot find 'C:\ProgramData\Package Cache\{46c3b171-c15c-4137-8e1d-67eeb2985b44}\VC_redist.x86.exe'. Set minimum and maximum to a constant number as suggested by others, that will help reduce fragmentation on the drive coz of different page file sizing.

 

Reinstalling Windows 10 to sell a PC - is the 'Remove everything' option enough?

Restore factory settings do list Removes your personal files, apps and settings, and reinstalls the version of Windows that came on this PC.

So if this isn't true well than just erase the drive and install a clean Windows 10 with all the drivers u need but why should it be true
