Windows 10: how do i remove 'some settings are managed by our organisation'

i cannot change my lock screen image as it says some settings are managed by your organisation however I have don't have an organisation who manages it how do i fix this?

How do I remove the "some of these settings are being managed by your organisation" statement in Windows 10 21H2. i have not set one up and this is a personal computer. I've tried steps 2 and 5 from this article and it doesn't work. I can't use Group Policy Editor as I don't have the Professional edition of Windows 10.

Same here! p.s. I don't think the O.P. is referring to updating Apps.

Hi, that message, as I assume you know, means that 1 or more registry values have been set by you or a tweak tool for example to the equivalent of a group policy setting. You may be able to identify the policies set by getting a copy of Policy Plus (free, Google it) and using the filter options to select only configured policies, and examining those.

It lists mine, but I have Pro and these were set using the GP editor.
