Windows 10: How do I remove the orange background colour on my shortcuts?

Hello!! I noticed when on some shortcuts, there is the really ugly orange background colour. However on some others there isn’t. My only question is how to I remove it or make it clear?? I’m running windows 11

I am wondering how to add colours to the background palette for high contrast visibility colours such as yellow, orange and peach.

Windows Weather App background colour

On my Linx Tablet, the weather app has, in some way, changed its background colour to an awful pale orange. The App works fine but try as I may, I cannot find a way to get it back to the nice pale blue background colour back?

Any advice will be appreciated.

 

Oranges

There's two sets with dark orange outlines, with either purple or teal center. They are HC as in high contrast and the colours fully reveal themselves on dark backgrounds. The orange & teal version is similar to Hopachi's LLX Main (dark), and in the preview it looks as if the edges are lighter, but they're not - it's an optical illusion.
