Windows 10: How do I remove the organization restrictions

I connect an ethernet cable to my computer as my room is too far away to connect to the internet wirelessly. The problem is that recently my computer will someone send me back to my lock screen if I am idle, it would usually be a problem. however, it literally only takes only one minute for this to happen. I want to try to disable this, however, I am having trouble as the settings I need are unavailable due it believing I'm being managed by an organization (as seen below)

With that being said, does anybody know how to stop this from happening? Thank you!

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

The favorite that you are referring is Edge or Internet Explorer browser, I would suggest to clear cookies and history or right-click on the list which you want to remove by selecting delete.

Follow the steps on how to clear cookies.

To view your browsing history, select Hub >
History. To delete it, select Clear all history, choose the types of data or files that you want to remove from your PC, then select
Clear.

Note: applicable to Edge browser.

For internet Explorer follow the steps below.

Unable to set restriction for local user in Windows 10

  How did you noticed that user is still able to access the drive?
  
• 
  Did you log into the local user account and check the permission?
  

I suggest you to follow the steps below to restrict the user.

• In File Explorer, right click on the drive which you want to restrict.
• Click Properties.
• Click the Security tab.
• Click on Edit to change the permissions.
• Uncheck all the permission for system.
• Click OK and make sure the change is applied to all subfolders and files.
