How do I reopen all windows/pages/e-mails/tabs on Windows 10 after rebooting?Having to manually close everything is a pain and a huge disincentive to reboot!! I would even say it is the #1 security vulnerability of Windows given how annoying it is to manually have to close everything or lose track of what was open.Thanks,

Windows closes and reopens

Ιf I right click on my computer and select properties, the window appears for a few millisecs then closes and reopens.

I have similar problem when selecting "Open file location" from start menu, the window appears normally, but when I close it, it reopens by itself.

I tried sfc /scannow (no problems found) and clean boot but the problem remains.

As you have mentioned on the description previously system was working good,
I suggest you to restore the system to the previous point where PC was working normally. To do so kindly follow the below given steps:

• 
  Press Windows + I key and click on Update and security.
  
• 
  Click on Recovery, and click on
  Restart under Advance startup.
  
• 
  In the Windows Recovery Environment, on the Choose an option screen, click
  'Troubleshoot'.
  
• 
  Click, Advanced Options and then click on
  System Restore.
  
• 
  Follow the onscreen suggestion to restore your PC to earlier point.

IE11 immediatly reopens itself whenever I close it out.

We suggest that you follow these steps to clear the Windows Store cache:

• Press the Windows key+R keys to open the Run dialog.
• Type WSReset.exe, and click on OK.
• The Windows Store and a command prompt will now open without any message. The command prompt will automatically close when the Store cache has been reset.
