Windows 10: How do I reopen an existing support case?

I've been dealing with MS Support today and many days in the past few weeks to deal with a persistent networking problem on a new Win 11 PC. This morning a MS support person said that to solve my issue he was going to refresh my Windows. When I got back to my PC after he was done, I was horrified to see that although the support person had promised this clean version of Windows would solve my problem, 1. It was not solved and was worse than before and most importantly, 2, all my software and various desktop and task bar configurations were gone. So I called Support back, told my problem to a

Hi,

I updated my laptop computer in the summer. Since then it no longer starts up and can no longer be used. It is in an endless loop with the blue screen options starting up but none of them working. Was on the phone with Windows level 2 support for 2-3 times
in an attempt to fix it. Windows level 2 support closed it eventually, claiming they could not reach me at the agreed time.

I called Windows support twice since the improper closure of the case #. Both times I was given suggestion as to how to reopen the same case number but both times nothing happened. It's been now another 2 weeks since my second call to Microsoft to reopen
my case. I do not want to wait another 1.5 hours to speak to a human being.

Any suggestions how to reopen case #1483138492?

I am at the point where I am willing to just wipe off my computer and re-install a Windows version that works, but do not know how to do so and how to obtain a new license key for the windows version that the Windows updated "destroyed".

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
