Windows 10: How do I repair or reinstall windows when I get a stop code error

My pc that runs windows 10 randomly started giving me a stop code error and I am unable to repair it, I am even unable to boot in safe mode or use any of the other start up settings available in trouble shooting, additionally I am unable to use any of the other troubleshooting options as they are password protected and it is telling me I am using the wrong password even though I can sign into the account online with no issues I’ve even tried old passwords.The drive is an nvme and it used to have some troubles with updates in the past but has been running without issues since I reinstalled wi

BSOD error codes HELP!!!!!!

Are they two different codes or is one a stop code and the other a sub code or address?
Sort a confusing post and not to much info to work with.
Has, or did, customer install any updates, software, or A/V lately?
Has the computer crashed, or did, he/she do a power off without shutting down properly?

Sounds like a driver or software problem. Or, corruption of Windows by an improper shutdown or software install/un-install.

Get the customer to try:

1. Chkdsk with the repair option (will probably have to re-boot to accomplish this).
2. Have the customer run, from an administrative command prompt, "sfc /scannow" (with out the quotes and put a space between the "c" and "/". This will check for errors to the system files.
3. Customer can, also, boot to the Windows DVD and run the startup repair.
4. you may want to have them try a system restore to an earlier point.
