Windows 10: How Do I Replace Broken Sculpt Keyboard

Dear Sir/Madam,This is my second Sculpt keyboard. The first one lasted a couple of years before several keys stopped working. I took the keys off, cleaned out with compressed air and a small amount of rubbing alcohol, etc. It helped, but didn't totally fix it.So I bought a new Sculpt keyboard 3 months ago November 2022. The left control key on the NEW keyboard is now sticking! How can I replace this defective keyboard?

Microsoft Sculpt Comfort Keyboard - USB dongle - broken - replacement

The USB dongle of my Microsoft Sculpt Comfort Keyboard is broken. The Keyboard can't be connected now. Is there any way to get a replacement of that USB dongle? If so, where can I get it?

Support to know about the replacement criteria. Meanwhile, you may also go through the
Warranty Limit Manual given under Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop.

How can I use new Sculpt keyboard with same receiver that currenctly I use with my Sculpt mouse?

My old Keyboard was broken. I bourght new Sculpt keyboard to replace. Is it possible that I would like to use the same receiver with my Sculpt mouse?

Hardware are able to detect keyboard but it not working when try to press any key

Please suggest.
