    How do I report an issue with Windows that allows me to Deadlock the OS without using CPU...


    I have a winforms net4.8 application, which I have inadvertently managed to deadlock windows so hard hard, that even tho I have a 10 core machine, it is fully unresponsive.The clock is dead, the KB is dead, the mouse is dead, and the cpu never heats up BIOS fans never kick inEven within a debugger it is locked.Only way to recover is a hard power off Even the power button actions are dead.I do not want to give more information until I know I am talking to a proper MS contact.

    That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

    At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
