    How do I request a refund for a Microsoft Store purchase that does not successfully install?


    In trying to troubleshoot why my VPN connection suddenly does not use both my monitors, I was prompted to purchase Windows Pro extension to my Windows Home to enable Remote Desktop Settings. I paid but the install continues to fail. After further research, it is remote desktop settings on my Work PC not my Home PC that needs the setting adjusted so I do not need the Windows Pro anyway. Since it did not install successfully, I want to request a refund. How is that requested?

    I searched for hours.. there is NO option to refund or even request a refund all around my account.. All I get: a chat with
    a silly virtual assistant that can't understand what I need.. I can't chat with a real person .. and I can't even send an email to a certain department that can help with refund request

    What I should do ?????

    I posted a Question but I didn't get a right answer
