Windows 10: How do I require a PIN on start up?

For security reasons we would like to change the start up settings on our Windows PC to require a PIN on start up but when I go to settings > accounts > sign-in options > and select Windows Hello PIN, then restart the computer it just logs in without requesting a PIN. We have a PIN set and if we lock the computer it requests the PIN, but when turning the computer on it does not. I've tried toggling the next option "Require Windows Hello sign-in for Microsoft accounts" both on and off but it doesn't request the PIN either way. Can anyone help me?

PIN at start up

I suggest you to follow the below steps how to Change PIN password:

• In the search box, type settings.
• Then Click on accounts.
• Then on the left hand side click on sign in options.
• Then you can Select Change PIN password and remove the pin.
