I want to factory reset my computer. When i go to start it it said i would lose windows 10 because my computer did not come with it installed. I got windows 10 through the free upgrade they had a while back. Is there a way I can still factory reset and
keep windows 10?

I purchased an HP Pavilion 17-G192DX and started setting it up last night. Everything went okay except wifi but that is another story. It was late so I did not create any backup media. The problem I have now is I powered up my notebook and entered my
password! I wanted to do a factory reset since I don't have any files on the computer yet and have not had any luck (any that I think I can handle anyway). I did a factory reset on my granddaughters computer when her password wouldn't work and it was simple
as pushing in a little (small) hidden button. I can't find anything on this notebook. Is there a way to reset this computer back to factory settings? I always get Geek Squad protection but chose not to with this purchase. Help!
