Windows 10: How do I reset my computer from Administrator screen?

Hey. My computer has been acting up recently such as it’s Disk Usage going past 100%, CPU skyrocketing, and when I completely cleaned my pc, it went down but began to freeze constantly. I tried everything in my ability so I factory resettled and did it again, redoing everything to prevent it from acting up again, but then it has gotten to a point where I can’t even access my own account or reset it. It logs me in into an administrator account and there is no option that allows me to leave it whatsoever. It gives me this coding panel and it also tells me access is denied when I attempt to type

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it

Becoming the administrator on my own computer

I suggest you to enable the built-in Administrator account by following the steps below:

• Right click in the Start icon and select Command Prompt (Admin).
• Type the below command:

Net user administrator active:yes

3. Restart the computer and login to the built-in Administrator account.

4. Delete the account which is not required and make the required account as Administrator.

5. Sign-out from the built-in administrator account and login to the other account which is made as the Administrator and check for status.

After creating a new Administrator account, disable the built-in Administrator account by following the steps below:

• Right click in the Start icon and select Command Prompt (Admin).
• Type the below command:

Net user administrator active:no
