Windows 10: How do I reset my HP Pavilion Windows ten after Bitlocker?

Hi, so I’ve had this laptop since December of 2020, no issues. Now today I let my laptop update when i came back to it bitlocker was enabled, since it’s automatically encrypted into Windows 11, which I never knew until today I don’t have the Bitlocker Key onto my Microsoft account, everytime i try to troubleshoot and reset it tells me there’s a problem!! is there any other way to reset my laptop?? I don’t have a USB

Can't update the HP Pavilion Notebook.

I'm trying to update my system and am getting a message to delete HP Pavilion Notebook - BIOS manually as it is incompatible with the upgrade.

I can't find it to delete it. It's not in the Programs list with the other HP apps.

Any suggestions?

HP Pavilion Not Reseting

My HP Pavilion 360 will not reset. I tried the reset and keep files but it got to 34 percent and an error message popped up. It said that the reset could not be completed and the reset was done through the windows recovery environment. What does that mean
and will choosing any of the other reset options work? If they won't then what should I do?

HP added a new 15.6" diagonal model to the 11.6" and 13.3" diagonal HP Pavilion x360s which are 12-14 percent thinner with lighter designs compared to the previous generations with starting weights at 2.93lbs6 and 3.48lbs6 and profiles at 19.3mm and 19.8mm thin respectively.
