Windows 10: How do I reset my local widows pin and password if I forget them and don’t remember the...

So I got locked out of Face ID on my laptop and my pin was recently changed but I can’t remember it. So I tried my password and it’s not working nor are my answers to my security questions. So what option do I have?

I tried steps of both links:

• #1: reset PIN code
  
  • I see no link "reset your PIN"on login page --> I can't reset it
    
• #2: change or reset windows password
  
  • My Windows account is not displayed at all on login page.
    
  • I am using a local account
    

If you have any other suggestion, I would be more than happy to try.
