Windows 10: how do i reset my mouse speed

hi i am wondering how i can reset my mouse speed because currently i am missing al my shots with way to high sensitivity or i have to move my mouse from here to the other side of the world to turn how do i reset this?

Click and drag keeps speeding up on touchpad
