Windows 10: How do I reset my PW for Windows 10? .

I can not get past the pretty photo page. I had to go back to factory settings and the PW That I had before wiping everything out will not work. It says that I need an old pw disc which I do not have. Help.

Windows login/pw problem

Other Users-PW Reset

Hello,

I request you to try the steps below:

• Press "Windows" + "R" on the keyboard.
• Type "netplwiz" and press Enter key.
• Select the user account and click on "Reset password"
• Enter the new password.

You may also see the data of all the user accounts by following the steps below:

• Press "Windows" + "R" on the keyboard.
• Type ".." and press Enter key.
