Windows 10: How do I reset the BIOS Administrator password on my HP Elitebook x360 1040 G5?

I’ve heard several methods that say to click enter 3 times and you will get some sort of code but it never appears on mine.

Remember, I have now re-enable this driver and all is functional

Last point of note. I re-ran the UEFI on board diagnostics over night, all System tests, Exhaustive, this completed 15 time with no errors.

 

Hp fingerprint driver

I have a hp Elitebook x360 1040 g5 .The fingerprint driver doesn’t appear at the biometric devices it’s only the facial recognition , please what do I do to make the fingerprint diver appear for it to come Thank you

GPU Test for 1 hour:
GPU Temperature maintained around 75 deg C, although spiked to 81 deg C according to CPUID. No issue were scene. Ran the test at 1920x1200.

the BIOS reset returned the Video memory to 32 MB, however, it was at this level when I initially started the thread.
