Windows 10: How do I reset windows 10?

I recently experienced a problem on my laptop, when I turned it on it got that blue screen which said your pc ran into a problem.....So I waited ,then it got shut down When I tried to turn it on I got the repairing disk error this might take an hour to complete So I left it for like 6 hours straight .... nothing happened After researching I got to know about some cmd commands which I cannot access since I forgot the password.After trying different passwords, I figured resetting is the best option.The thing is i tried to do like the basic reset from this screen :https://www.google.com/url?sa=i&
