    I have crucial data in notepad use so control of the window is essential but now I can only access the middle of a page, not the top, where the controls are.

    Notepad will no longer resize

    Notepad will no longer resize when I try go drag the sides, it will maximise or minimise only.

    Note I use Notepad from my task bar.
