How Do I Resolve A Peripheral Detection Issue

I've been having a problem with my computer not detecting specific mouse input after it either A Goes To Sleep or B Shuts Down/Restarts. I can still move the cursor around, however, I can't click on anything left or right, if I go down to the bottom of the screen it doesn't pull up my task bar, and it doesn't highlight anything I hover over i.e. apps/tabs/windows. And on occasion it will infinite scroll, and the only way to resolve this issue is by using control + alt + delete, and then backing out using esc. I should also mention that after I do that, I cannot use infinite scroll at all.I

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
