Windows 10: How do I resolve corrupted windows 10 files it was having trouble updating and i keep crashing

ive redownloaded windows after getting all new hardware and my pc still keeps crashing, ive done the sfc scan now and it cant do anything and when I ran DISM restore health it gave me this log. this is after a diskcheck and multiple troubleshooting tests trying to figure out whats going on. if anyone could help anything would be helpful. 2023-09-08 21:34:07, Info DISM DISM.EXE: Attempting to add the commands from provider: DISM Log Provider 2023-09-08 21:34:07, Info DISM DISM.EXE: Attempting to add the commands from provider: OSServices 2023-09-08 21:34:07

Corrupted file RAR

If the archive has been created using WinRAR, why don't you try WinRAR itself? It has a built-in repair feature for repairing corrupted archive (ZIP as well as RAR). Follow the steps given below:

• Open WinRAR application in your system.
• Now click on File tab > Open or simply press Ctrl+O.
• A small window "Find Archive" will pop up. Locate the corrupt RAR archive from your system directory and select it.
• Now click Open button.
• Click Tools tab > Repair archive or simply press Alt+R.
• Again a small window "Repairing File name.rar" will pop up.
• Now click Browse to select a location to save the repaired archive.
• Check the box "Treat the corrupt archive as RAR" and click OK.
• WinRAR will start repairing of corrupt RAR archive. Once it gets completed click Close.

The Users list compared to the Profile list you posted earlier tell me there is not an issue with Users (a known issue where there is a profile in the list, but not actual User folder).

The error code suggests corruption in the CBS manifest:

Is Windows activated?
No? Activate Windows 10

Launch Command Prompt (Admin)
enter the following line
reg query HKLM\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate /s
If DisableWindowsUpdateAccess REG_DWORD 0x1

launch regedit
navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate
change the value of DisableWindowsUpdateAccess to 0
exit regedit
exit Command Prompt

Launch Windows Update
