Windows 10: How do I resolve "The PC doesn't meet the minimum systems requirements to install this...

I created a boot drive on a USB using the MediaCreationTool_Win11_23H2.exe. When booting from that drive I am receiving the following error message: "The PC doesn't meet the minimum systems requirements to install this version of windows."I believe the PC does meet the minimum requirements. PC does not meet minimum system requirement to run windows 11

I've been trying to get windows 11, but it says "PC doesn't meet the minimum system requirements"
I already have TPM 2.0
System firmware UEFI and secure boot enabled
My PC meets system requirements, but I still can't figure out what the problem is.
I already installed W11 on an older laptop without a problem

 

Install Win11 on a new PC

Trying to install Win11 on a NEW PC give the message: the PC doesn´t meet the minimum system requirements, but it is not true. TC brand new PC meets all the reqirements. Windows doesn´t even tell what requirements the it doesn see

Can you help me?
