    How do i restart my computer if its a black screen, and everything i click it does nothing.


    I need help. When i turn my pc on my screen is black and it gives me a sessage saying “C\Windows\systemB2\config\systemprofile\Desktop is unavailable. If the location is on this , make sure the device or drive is connected or the disc is inserted, and then try again. It the location is on a network, make sure you're connected to the network or internet, and then try again. If the location still can't be found, it might have been moved or deleted.” I press ok the screen is still black, and there is a windows icon on the left side but when i click it. It doesn’t do anything so i can’t restart or

    Taco this could be software also. Before you get all crazy, do as Erocker suggested. Find out the error in the Event Viewer. Look for the faulting module and the error code itself. Also check the reliability monitor. At the bottom it will have "View all Error Reports". Post a screen of whats in there if anything.

    This could be a simple as a bad driver install.

    ALSO have you downloaded or installed anything lately? STAY OUT OF THE DAMN BIOS UNTIL WE KNOW THE ERROR! lol. I know you. Baby steps boy, baby steps.

    Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
