Windows 10: How do i restore my microsoft store and default apps?

For my explanation, I was uninstalling some programs that I mostly don't know and was about to reset my pc since my windows 10 is getting a bit slower.After some time for my windows 10 installing, for some reason my monitor is pitch-black and my pc is running. It didn't show any sign of my monitor opening a screen or anything. So I just shut down my pc and open it up again and yet. My computer restarts over and over and over. I fixed it up tho but by the time i look at my screen, the Microsoft store was gone and default apps dissapeared. I managed to install notepad and paint but not Microsoft

How to run apps that are downloaded from Microsoft app store on multiple PCs without downloading multiple times.

I hope I'm posting in the right section here. A while ago I had been having some issues with my machine. To combat this, one of the suggestions I saw was to remove the Windows store and the default apps. At that point I thought it would be temporary or otherwise reversible, and removed it.

Now, however, I can't seem to restore it. I've read that it can be restored by resetting the PC, but I don't want to have to start over to get my store back, as it's been a few months since I've removed it. I need it back for a few key default apps as well as a game only available in the Windows store. Any suggestions will be very appreciated!

I see what you mean about the password but i think its a backward step to compromise my Microsoft password to to use the app store
