Windows 10: How do I restore Network icon to Windows Explorer in Win 11 laptop?

Help! I have followed all of the online troubleshooting steps I could find, and I cannot seem to get the Network icon/folder to appear in Windows Explorer on my Windows 11 laptop. I have already done the following:-Made the wifi network private -Confirmed the following were set in Advanced Network -> Advanced Sharing Settings - Network discovery and File and print Sharing are ON. Setup network connected devices automatically is checked. Turned on Public folder sharing although I don't think this is necessary b/c my wifi is private, but I was desperate by that point- Under Advanced netwo

Use this tutorial.
It was written for Win 7 and Win 8, but it is applicable to Win 10.
I, personally, had used it to restore my missing Volume and Network icons.

Use Option Two, step #5, click the Download button > then continue to step #11 to 15.
Make sure you reboot to complete the process.
