Windows 10: How do I restore/reinstall accidentally deleted Win.wim without a copy in Windows 10 Home?

I accidentally deleted winre.wim while partitioning my hard drive to fix an update download problem. I have searched all partitions of my hard drive - it is not there. I am running Windows 10 Home, version 22H2 with OS build 19045.4123. It is a Dell machine and came with Windows preinstalled; I do not have a Windows disk. I do have a recovery disk I created when the machine was new in 2016. I prefer not to have to use the recovery disk as I'm not sure I know how to back up everything and am afraid of losing data. I'm pretty much in over my head here. Any advice would be most appreciated

Win 10 .WIM ISO copy

I was using Win 10 x 64 as .ESD but was advised to use .WIM.
I burned a DVD from the .WIM file at Tech Bench.
I then made a copy, however, the when you open the copy there is a folder called temporary burn folder. When you open it, it says what the original says.

I have 3 questions;
1- will this 'copy' install and repair, or should I burn another DVD?
2- will the motherboard recognize this original .WIM ,with no keywords, as I did the upgrade then burned DVDs with other .ESD discs?
3- please suggest how a low level user can burn a copy of another DVD, .WIM disc? I used Windows before.

Reinstalling Windows 10 to sell a PC - is the 'Remove everything' option enough?

Restore factory settings do list Removes your personal files, apps and settings, and reinstalls the version of Windows that came on this PC.

So if this isn't true well than just erase the drive and install a clean Windows 10 with all the drivers u need but why should it be true
