    Please help. How to restore the visual to my photos and all pictures that appear on my Windows 10. They look like negatives. HELP!!

    pictures on websites look like negatives

    I do not want hi contrast set to none. I want hi contrast on for text. However I do not want negative photos. My questions was how do I get rid of the negative photos, not how do I turn off hi contrast.
