Windows 10: how do I retreive typed information that just erases during typing

How do I retain the printing during typing that just erases

Annoying refresh when typing post, erases what you typed

Page refreshes while you are typing a post (not creating a thread), and it says something like "here's the new version" when you're in the middle of typing, and erases everything you wrote. This is really annoying and on long posts will sometimes do this several times, keeps erasing what you wrote. Very perturbing.

Been an issue for at least 6 months.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check it helps:

  Open Settings and click on Devices.

  Click on Typing and turn off ‘AutoCorrect misspelled words’ and also turn off ‘highlight misspelled words’.

  Check if issue persists.

• Is it happening when you're typing on Office apps like Word or other Windows apps?
• When did this start to happen?
• Have you made any changes to your device prior to the issue?
• Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far?
• Which version of Windows are you using?

In the meantime, we suggest updating your keyboard driver as an initial workaround and see if the same issue will happen.
