    How do I retrieve files from my flashdrive?


    When I try to retrieve files from my flash drive, I am not able to open my files that I select. I inserted two screenshots of what appears on the screen when I try to open my files.

    I need step by step instructions on how to put files from my documents into a flashdrive. Please and thankyou

    Help with Flashdrive

    1. Insert Flashdrive in the designated socket on your computer.

    2. Open "This PC" and look for the icon of the Flashdrive.

    3. Open your documents folder with your files.

    4. Drag and drop the documents you want to the Flashdrive icon in This PC

    5. When files are copied, Right-click the Flashdrive icon and choose "Eject"

    6. When prompted, remove the Flashdrive.

    Your files are now on the Flashdrive.

    Hmmmm... not really sure what you are trying to do here... what do you mean by 'download a flashdrive'? Are you trying to copy the contents of a flashdrive to your phone? What's on the flashdrive -- photos, video, music, files???



    Or is this some sort of 'virtual flashdrive' you want to create on your phone? If this last option, I don't think that's going to be possible, given the file structure on the WP platform...
