Windows 10: How do I retrieve my levels in Solitaire and Casual Games?

My computer recently crashed and I had to re-install windows 10 32 Bit. I enjoy playing Solitaire Collection everyday and have done nearly everyday.Once windows was up an running I signed back into Solitaire Collection. Somehow my level for all games had been reset to 0. My Event Profile, Star Club and Daily Challenge Record were intact and correct.Roughly speaking and as far as I can remember Klondike and Freecell were approaching Level 2000, Pyramid and Tripeaks Level 1800 and my favourite Spider approaching Level 3000. Why did this happen? 3/4 of the information was saved but not the other

Solitaire & casual Games. Will not start up.

I am , a fellow Microsoft user like you.

It seems to be a known temporary bug. Please follow this steps.

Open the Microsoft Store and ensure you have the latest versions of the following apps (Install or update these apps if needed):

> Microsoft Mahjong

> Microsoft Solitaire Collection

Once you've done that, launch Microsoft Mahjong first and sign in with your Microsoft or Xbox account.

Inside Microsoft Mahjong app, scroll down and locate the Solitaire Collection that is under Other Microsoft Casual Games and click on it. This should open the Solitaire & Casual Games app (Microsoft Solitaire Collection).

Afterward, close all apps and restart your PC.

Upon restarting, open the Solitaire & Casual Games app (Microsoft Solitaire Collection) and see if the games are working now.

This sequence of steps might help reset any temporary glitches that could be affecting the games.

Why does microsoft Solitaire collection download as Solitaire & Casual Games?

I am running Windows 10, and somehow lost Microsoft Solitaire Collection. It is not in my Start list, nor does it show up in either my Control Panel or my settings/Apps. When I try to download from Microsoft Store, it tells me it is Microsoft Solitaire Collection, but it shows on my computer as Solitaire & Casual Games. And it shows on my start list this way and does not seem to be a part of Microsoft Games as it was before.
