Windows 10: how do i reverse background and text colors?

Please help me reverse the text and background colors on all things Microsoft. I can't tolerate the black background and white text. It only happens on my PC. It is normal on my Mac and iphone.

Background color:

  Choose
  Personalization.

  On the left-side of the window, select
  Colors.

  Then
  Choose a Color.
