Windows 10: How do I run a program that is fully installed on a different hard drive than my Windows 10...

I have a hard drive that I moved over into my new computer, that is from a computer that I just replaced.I have a program on the old hard drive that I can't get anymore and I need to be able to run it.The old hard drive has a full, licensed copy of Windows 10 installed on it also, but it has a corrupt sector and can't be used to boot from.Is there a way that I can run this program on the other hard drive?

If the same issue happens after using different external hard drive to different ports, try to run

Installing windows from usb hard drive

I know you can do that, but what about having different windows installers on each partition? I think that's what the OP needs.
