How do I run chkdsk on Disk 0?

I want to run chkdsk on one partition at a time on Disk 0. But three of the partitions don't have drive letters. How do I accomplish this?

Also, how can I tell what's in the two partitions to the far right? If there's nothing of value there, I'd want to consolidate them into the C: partition.

    Thank you.....

    :)

Chkdsk doesn't run on restart in Windows 10

    Hi Shane,

Looks like you are having issues running the CHKDSK utility. This could be caused by a few things, first we need to make sure that it's not your hardware input devices such as your keyboard or mouse causing the action to skip the disk check process.

Alternatively, we recommend that you run the command below to modify the delay countdown to 0 second.

    • chkntfs /T:0

Give us an update on the result and we will be glad to assist you further.

    chkdsk c: /F

It might be an error on the drive. We suggests that you follow the troubleshooting steps below:

    • Run Disk Cleanup utility to clear your junk files.
    • Open an elevated CMD type sfc /scannow and hit Enter to run the System File Checker.
    • Once the scan is completed, restart your computer. Remember to exit ChkDsk
      during boot.
    • Next, again open CMD as admin type
      Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
and hit Enter to repair the Windows image.
    • Now see if ChkDsk able to complete the scan.

Note: Before doing the steps, make sure you save a back up of your files.

Let us know how it goes.
