How do I see the software related to incompatible drivers that are affecting my windows device security?

Can't switch on memory integrity despite scan showing no incompatible drivers

Hi - thanks for your speedy response and sorry I took so long to reply.

The message I got was "Memory Integrity can't be turned on. Try resolving any incompatibilities with your drivers.

A brief history

I had this message when I first tried to switch Memory Integrity on. When I did a scan I was notified of three incompatible drivers all relating to Roxio 2010. I use certain features on this ancient piece of software which I find useful. I uninstalled Roxio and tried to start Memory Integrity but it failed giving me the above message again. I did the scan and it did not identify any incompatible drivers but still Memory Integrity remained off leaving me with nowhere further to go.

I tried some suggestions from the web involving listing incompatible drivers via Command Prompt but this got me nowhere as the list was long and did not highlight any drivers that related to my computer. There was also another program suggested (I can't remember the name) which identified and listed the drivers on my computer but did not help me to identify drivers that may affect Memory Integrity

 

Radeon Software incompatible with laptop drivers

I originally posted this on the AMD Forums but was told that I would get a better answer here.

Currently, every week, sometimes twice a week, AMD Software will become out of date all of a sudden due to what I believe is a background windows update, and I will end up having to reinstall the same update, despite being already up to date. This has been happening for at least a month

Another side to this problem is that running windows update will cause "Advanced Micro Devices" updates. After trying to install these updates I get this error message from trying to open Radeon Software. Following the URL, I followed all the steps to disable updates from hardware, but it does not improve my situation.




I am currently under the impression that

1. windows installs update in the background
2. Radeon software becomes incompatible
3. reinstalling Radeon software uninstalls micro devices update
4. windows attempts to reinstall micro devices update
5. repeat

I could very well be wrong though, this is just what I am noticing from me constantly reinstalling the software.

Laptop in question:
IdeaPad Flex 5 14ALC05
AMD Ryzen 7 5700U
Windows 10 (OS Build 19043.1151)

I was told that Windows is installing the UWP drivers supplied by the laptop maker or their WHQL drivers, and the drivers from AMD are generic drivers and may not support the specific functions/features the laptop maker may have included.

I would also like to note my main reason for installing this software is because the first time installing it, it wiped my secondary monitor's driver, making it low resolution. Radeon Software has an option to force a resolution which is why I've been using it. However, if I could somehow get the driver back I would 100% just give up on Radeon Software as that's the only purpose it served.

1. Perform a Clean Reinstall of Roblox: In some cases, a corrupted installation can cause crashes. Completely uninstall Roblox, making sure to remove any leftover files or folders, then download and reinstall the latest version from the official Roblox website.
   
2. Check for System File Corruption: Open Command Prompt as an administrator and type sfc /scannow. This will scan and repair any corrupted system files.
   
3. Disable Incompatible Software: Identify and temporarily disable any potentially incompatible software, such as antivirus programs, overlays (like Discord or GeForce Experience), or system cleaners/optimizers. Disable them one by one and relaunch Roblox after each to see if the issue persists.
