  1. How do I set 8am to 4am /times restrictions in cmd?

My goal is to restrict a computer's access to hours from 8:00am to 4:00am by using a command like

    net user USERNAME /times:M-Su,00:00-04:00;M-Su,08:00-24:00

    - The command combines "00:00-04:00" (12am to 4am) with "08:00-24:00" (8am to 12am) to allow login access for both 8am to 12am & 12am to 4am.

My question is: Is it possible to use 00:00 and 24:00 as different versions of midnight, or would I replace 24:00 with 0:00 to make "00:00-04:00" into "24:00-04:00"? Is it even possible to restrict the hour of 11pm to 12am?
