Windows 10: How do I set default folders in file manager in Windows 11?

Whenever I want to save a photo or document, I want to go to a preferred folder. For example: These illustrations are for when I want to save a new Word document file:The following illustrations are for when I want to save a new image file:I hope there's a way to do this, if so let me know.
